i’m Cassie (they/them), a midwestern poet, artist, and bookbinder. i’m drawn toward the birds, sci-fi and horror films, and uncovering what is often unsaid.
I started Pigeonhole to share my love of art and bookbinding. Within that, my only hope is that others will create their own art in the blank pages of these books.
For a metaphor that probably won’t hold its own: Through making these books, I’m offering the basic structure or the bones or ✨the nest✨ and I can only ask that the nest gets filled. Whatever form that takes is up to you! :)
